Dr Malini Devadas is a writing coach and accredited editor at MD Writing and Editing (www.mdwritingediting.com.au), a business she established in 2013. Before setting up her own business, Malini completed her PhD in neuroscience at the Australian National University in the 1990s and then moved to Japan to work in medical research for 4 years. Upon returning to Australia, she retrained as an editor and discovered her love of helping people with their writing through workshops and coaching. She now spends her time editing academic manuscripts, providing writing coaching, giving writing workshops at research organisations around Australia and helping participants who have enrolled in her e-course, Clear, concise and compelling.
